When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible) and costs SAR 250 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 4 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 6 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
Children from 7 years old to 9 years old stay for SAR 150 per person per night when using an existing bed.
Children from 7 years old to 16 years old stay for SAR 150 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform Al Marwa Rayhaan by Rotana - Makkah in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
Please note that during the month of Ramadan, Iftar will be served instead of breakfast and Sahour will be served instead of dinner. Different rates apply for meals, extra beds and parking during the month of Ramadan. Please note that all reservations must be guaranteed with valid credit card. This same credit card will be required to be presented with owner ID upon arrival otherwise guest must present alternative method of payments
