Morning: Fajr Prayer & Tawaf at Masjid Al-Haram

Start your day before the sun rises at Masjid Al-Haram, the holiest mosque in Islam. Perform the Fajr prayer, and then you are welcome to enter into the profound spiritual action of Tawaf, circumambulating the Kaaba seven times. If you get the chance, do touch the Black Stone, and make sure to have your fill while drinking from the sacred Zamzam Well.

Afternoon: Hike to Jabal al-Nour (Cave of Hira)

By late morning, begin the trek to Jabal al-Nour, which is about 8 km away. Located on this sacred mountain is the Cave of Hira, where the Prophet Muhammad received the first revelation of the Holy Quran. Once at the top, the views of Makkah and the spiritual vibe will make the journey worth it.
